Welcome to Unfold Atelier’s design services! Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with the key terms:

Upgrades, Downgrades, and Cancellations:

Customers will manage packages upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations directly from the customer dashboard at

Upgrades take effect immediately. When an upgrade is requested, a prorated invoice will be generated and paid. If the invoice payment fails, the subscription will not be updated.

Downgrades are implemented in the next billing period. When an downgrade is requested, the subscription won’t be updated until the next payment date.

Upon cancellation, the subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. Please note that if you decide to rejoin later, your initial pricing package may have a different price.

Refund Policy:

The purchased hours serve as assurance for receiving essential design services. Refunds will not be issued if the hours remain unused, either partially or in full, within a billing period.

Refunds will only be issued for purchased packages if the requested design tasks could not be completed.

If a customer no longer requires services, forgets to cancel, and is charged, they are entitled to a ONE-TIME REFUND. In this case only, the refund requests must be made within 5 days of the charge, covering the last billed cycle.

Unused Hours Policy:

Unused hours do not carry over to the next billing period. Each week, you will receive a worksheet detailing how the hours were allocated.

All task related communication will be done through Asana. That is where customer must add and follow-up on the design tasks to be completed.

Intellectual Property rights

Upon full payment, the final materials become the property of the customer. However, Unfold Atelier retains the author’s moral rights (copyright) for all materials created during the Contract and reserves the right to showcase the work in their portfolio of projects.

For WordPress websites, we reserve the right to add the text “Design by Unfold Atelier” along with a link to our website in the website’s footer.

We retain the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. The revised terms will apply to all existing contracts.

All issues that are not regulated in this Contract shall be governed by Romanian law in force in the respective area.
